Welcome to S - LEE ink! Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking an appointment or using our services. By making a booking with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Age Requirement

  • You must be 18 years or older to book and receive a tattoo at S - LEE ink

  • We require valid government-issued photo identification to confirm your age before your appointment.

  • We do not tattoo anyone under the age of 18, unless you have parental consent and are 16 or over.

2. Booking & Deposits

  • All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

  • Your deposit amount will be deducted from the final cost of your tattoo on the day of your appointment.

  • Deposits are non-transferable between clients or artists.

  • Failure to pay your deposit within the specified time may result in your appointment being cancelled.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment time will result in the loss of your deposit.

  • If you fail to attend your appointment (no-show), your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book again.

  • Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

4. Health, Safety & Aftercare

  • Your health, safety, and comfort are our top priority.

  • All equipment used in our studio is sterilized or single-use to ensure the highest standards of hygiene.

  • Please notify your artist in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities that may affect your tattoo procedure.

  • We will provide you with detailed aftercare instructions to help ensure your tattoo heals properly.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your personal information (including contact details and ID verification) is kept secure, confidential, and private.

  • We do not share or sell your information to third parties.

  • Information collected is used solely for booking, record-keeping, and communication related to your appointments.

6. Studio Conduct

  • We maintain a professional and welcoming environment.

  • Disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate termination of your appointment without refund.

7. Agreement

By booking an appointment with S - LEE ink, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
